NASSAU, Bahamas – Local 10 News traffic and noon show anchor Constance Jones served as a presenter for the 2015 Bahamian Icon Awards Saturday night in Nassau.
The annual awards ceremony was broadcast live throughout the Bahamas. The event focuses on telling the stories of outstanding Bahamian citizens.
Jones was invited to present the award for Outstanding Live Entertainment Ensemble. Other awards were presented in 13 categories, including entrepreneurship, humanitarianism, health, and education.
Legendary Bahamian musician Ronnie Butler was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions to nation building through music.
