TAMARAC, Fla. – A man wearing a hat low enough to cover part of his face robbed a BB&T Bank branch in Tamarac on Thursday morning, the FBI said.

The robbery was reported about 9:55 a.m. at 4211 W. Commercial Blvd.

The FBI said the man pulled out a gun and demanded money from a teller.

No shots were fired and no injuries were reported.

The FBI said it's too early in the investigation to link the man to other recent bank robberies in the area.
