32 migrants come ashore in Jupiter

Migrants include men, women and children

JUPITER, Fla. – A group of migrants came ashore Monday morning in Jupiter, the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office confirmed.

Deputies said 32 migrants arrived on a boat near Juno Beach, including 13 men, nine women and 10 children.

A1A was briefly shut down as authorities took the migrants into custody.

WPBF, the ABC affiliate in Palm Beach County, reported that PBSO officials, the U.S. Border Patrol and the Coast Guard were at the scene.

It's unclear from where the migrants originated.
