2 crashes cause delays on I-95, Palmetto Expressway

Unclear if anyone was injured

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Two serious crashes caused major delays on Interstate 95 and the Palmetto Expressway just ahead of rush hour Thursday afternoon.

One of the crashes was reported on I-95 northbound near 95th Street. Sky 10 was above the scene at 4 p.m. as only one or two lanes were getting by.

It's unclear how many vehicles were involved or whether anyone was injured in the crash.

Another crash was reported on the Palmetto Expressway southbound, where it meets the Dolphin Expressway.

All lanes were blocked as authorities worked to clear the area where a truck and car collided.

Traffic was diverted to the Dolphin Expressway westbound/eastbound ramp.

It's unclear whether anyone was injured.

All lanes are now open on the highways.
