Burglar steals iPhones at Hollywood AT&T store

Thief flees in red Toyota Corolla

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – Police are searching for a man who stole two cellphones from an AT&T store in Hollywood earlier this summer.

The burglary was reported shortly after 7:30 p.m. July 18 at a store at 3353 Sheridan St.

Surveillance video shows the man, who was wearing a blue T-shirt with "Glass America" on the back, enter the store and rip two phones from their security tether at the Apple iPhone 6 Plus display.

Police said the thief left in a red Toyota Corolla.

Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to call Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS.
