Man with Alzheimer's, Parkison's disease reported missing in Dania Beach

Chester Rodgers Jr., 79, last seen Tuesday morning

DANIA BEACH, Fla. – Detectives with the Broward Sheriff's Office are searching for a man from Dania Beach who was reported missing Tuesday.

Chester Rodgers Jr., 79, was last seen about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at his home at 4800 SW 29th Way.

Detectives said Rodgers suffers from Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease.

They said he may be disoriented and in need of medical care.

Rodgers was last seen wearing a dark red shirt, green pants and a baseball hat.

He is believed to be driving a white 2006 Chevrolet Malibu.
