Calder Casino kitchen ordered shut

Roach activity reported at Lincoln Road cafe


PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – State inspectors were at Calder Casino last week based on a complaint.

State records show 10 violations were found, including roach activity.

Records also show Nexxt Coffee & Bar on Lincoln Road was ordered shut by state inspectors last week.

All the places listed below were allowed to reopen following ordered clean ups and re-inspections.

"Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine."
