MDFR and the Hialeah Fire Department responded to the scene, where an overturned Jeep had driven off an embankment, which dropped at a 70-degree pitch for about 20 feet.
"Then it continuously sloped at a 45-degree gradient, where it was resting on its hood," a MDFR representative said.

Hialeah firefighters had one victim on a back-board when Miami-Dade firefighters arrived. That person was airlifted to a hospital.
Another person was trapped in the overturned Jeep and rescuers were waiting for a chainsaw and tools to extricate her from the car.
The other three victims were able to get out of the vehicle on their own.
Authorities said one patient was taken to a trauma facility for serious injuries and all five were airlifted out of the wooded area.
