Woman accused of drugging man, taking off with expensive goods

Rolex, cash, pistol stolen from Davie home last month

DAVIE, Fla. – Davie police are searching for a woman accused of stealing multiple expensive items from a man she met at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.

Davie police spokesman Sgt. Mark Leone said victim took the woman to his Davie home Nov. 21, where they had drinks and he passed out.

The victim said he woke up to find his $4,500 Rolex watch, $850 in cash and a .45-caliber STS pistol missing.

The victim told detectives that he believes the woman drugged him because he doesn't remember anything.

Police described the thief as a black woman in her 20s who is about 5 feet, 4 inches tall. She has a tattoo above her left breast of stars and an unknown name.

Hallandale police said a similar incident happened last Saturday at the same casino. The victim, who only wanted to be identified as Gary, said he met a woman at the Hard Rock and took her back to his apartment.

He said he also believes that he was drugged and woke up to find that two Rolex watches, worth $55,700 each, were missing.

"I wake up in the morning at 10:30 in the morning (when) my phone rang," Gary said. "My watch is gone off my wrist."

Police describe the second woman as 5 feet, 8 inches tall to 5 feet, 10 inches tall, in her late 20s, with dark hair and dark eyes.
