Ohio fugitive unhappy with mugshot, sends police new photo

Lima police say Donald Pugh snapped new selfie, messaged them

A fugitive who was unhappy with the picture Ohio police were using on Facebook to find him, he decided to send them a selfie.

Lima Police say Donald ‘Chip’ Pugh, 45, was wanted on two ‘failure to appear’ charges. He is also considered a person of interest in other cases including an arson and vandalism.

According to police, he reached out via after seeing the department’s Facebook post about himself and sent them a picture with a message saying, “Here is a better photo. That one is terrible.”

Police then added the selfie to their original Facebook post saying, “We thank him for being helpful, but now we would appreciate it if he would come speak to us at the LPD about his charges.”

As of Tuesday morning, he has not turned himself into police.
