FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The Broward Sheriff's Office is investigating after a woman was shot Thursday evening.
Deputies were called to 2801 NW 10th Court shortly before 6:30 p.m. after reports that a woman had been shot.

The woman was taken to Broward Health Medical Center, where her condition is unknown.
Deputies said they detained a man, possibly the shooter.
No other details were immediately released.
