HIALEAH, Fla. – Two vehicles were damaged Tuesday morning in a roadway shooting in Hialeah, but the driver who is believed to have been the intended target is not cooperating with the investigation, police said.

Hialeah police Sgt. Carl Zogby said it appeared that the driver of a gray Chrysler was the intended target and the driver of a lunch truck was an innocent bystander.
According to Zogby, the driver of the Chrysler reported the shooting only after he was stopped by Doral police as a "suspicious vehicle."
Zogby said the motive for the shooting remains unclear because the Chrysler driver was uncooperative with detectives and gave inconsistent statements.
The shooters are described as two black males in a white vehicle.
Neither driver was injured.
Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
