MIAMI – A passenger arriving to Miami International Airport on Christmas Day from Bogota, Colombia, was arrested after officials found 4.4 pounds of heroin in the person's luggage.
According to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the passenger was selected for further examination. Officials said during that inspection, officers found a powdery white substance concealed in a false compartment of the luggage. That substance tested positive for heroin.
