WILTON MANORS, Fla. – A man was arrested Sunday after he was seen masturbating on a sidewalk in Wilton Manors, police said.
According to an arrest report, an officer spotted Matthew Youshock, 46, naked on a public sidewalk in a residential neighborhood in the area of 409 NE 26th St.

Police said Youshock had his genitals exposed and was masturbating in front of drivers, just 600 feet from Wilton Manors Elementary School.
The responding officer said he noticed a silver ring on Youshock's penis, and said he was told by Youshock that he uses it to keep his penis erect.
He said Youshock was also holding a plastic bottle, which Youshock said contained liquid aphrodisiac "poppers."
Youshock was arrested on a charge of lewd and lascivious behavior.
