DANIA BEACH, Fla. – Deputies said a woman was shot Monday night after being confronted by two men in Dania Beach.
According to the Broward Sheriff's Office, the woman and a man were confronted by two men in a dark-colored sport utility vehicle at 22 SW Sixth Ave. Deputies are unsure if the assailants attempted to rob the man and woman or if they actually did.

As the men drove away, they fired at least one shot, which struck the woman, deputies said.
The was was taken to Memorial Regional Hospital, where her condition is unknown.
