PLANTATION, Fla. – A man armed with a knife robbed a Mobil gas station in Plantation earlier this month, police said.
The robbery was reported just after 5 a.m. Feb. 6 at a gas station at 10261 W. Broward Blvd.
Newly released surveillance video shows a man wearing a Miami Heat Dwyane Wade jersey peeking inside the convenience store before ordering a woman at knifepoint to walk to the register and hand him the money.
The man, who was crouched down throughout the robbery, threatened to stab the clerk if she didn't comply with his orders, police said.
The video shows the robber grab a large box of cigarettes before running off with the merchandise and cash.
