Bollo's trial began Tuesday in Fort Lauderdale.
The victim, now 19, was the state's first witness. She cried while speaking about the night of the alleged incident four years ago.
Bollo is accused of molesting the teen at his home in Weston, where she was hired to babysit his four children, and then offering to pay her to keep quiet.
According to a police report, Bollo and the teen were sitting next to each other on the couch at his home when he placed a blanket over them and asked her to touch his genitals.
