LAUDERHILL, Fla. ā A man accused of pointing a gun at a baby last month during a robbery in Miami barricaded himself inside a Lauderhill home on Wednesday, authorities said.
Sky 10 was above the home in the 3400 block of Northwest 14th Court at 12:30 p.m. as a Broward Sheriff's Office SWAT team and U.S. marshals were on the ground and the roof of the house.

Authorities entered the home just before 1 p.m. A man was later brought out on a stretcher.
According to the U.S. Marshals Service, Marvin Pace, 27, walked out of the home and went back inside after authorities attempted to make contact with him.
Authorities said Pace refused to come outside, so a K-9 and robot were sent in after him.
The K-9 alerted authorities to the laundry room, where Pace was hiding in the clothes dryer.
Authorities said the K-9 opened the dryer door and Pace shut the door shut. The K-9 and its handler took Pace into custody.
Miami police said Pace was a suspect in two robberies, including one in which he pointed a gun at a woman and her infant son. Police said the victims positively identified Pace as their attacker.
