Woman accused of slashing ex-boyfriend with knife in Pompano Beach

Felisha Fisher, 27, arrested on aggravated assault, battery charges

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. – A woman is facing multiple charges after she slashed her boyfriend with a knife over the weekend in Pompano Beach, authorities said.

The incident was reported Saturday in the 200 block of North Powerline Road.

According to an arrest report, the victim, Donnell Ellison, had an argument with his ex-girlfriend, Felisha Fisher, 27, inside a car, which quickly became physical.

Ellison told deputies that Fisher struck him and cut him on the right shoulder twice with a knife, causing minor lacerations.

He said he tried to drive away but Fisher jumped on top of the hood of the car.

According to the report, she finally got off and Ellison drove away with Fisher running behind the car.

Deputies said Ellison returned to his home and Fisher soon arrived. They said she pulled out a knife again and tried to stab Ellison in the chest, but he was able to move out of the way.

Authorities said Ellison and Fisher have not dated in more than 6 months and have no children in common.

Fisher was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and battery with a deadly weapon.

A motive for the attack is unclear.
