COCONUT CREEK, Fla. – A 3-year-old boy was found dead Thursday morning by his mother inside their Coconut Creek home, police said.
According to detectives, the woman woke up about 7 a.m. and discovered that her son wasn't breathing.

The boy was pronounced dead by authorities at the home in the 3800 block of Northwest 63rd Court.
The child's cause of death will be determined by a medical examiner. Authorities have not said whether foul play is suspected.
