LAUDERDALE LAKES, Fla. – A Boca Raton man was arrested Sunday after he tried to fight a Broward County bus driver and refused to get off the bus, according to a Broward Sheriff's Office arrest affidavit.

Dallas Weir, 18, removed his shirt and began shadow boxing in front of the bus driver, who stopped the bus on Oakland Park Boulevard in Lauderdale Lakes, the report said.

"I'm gonna (expletive) you up," Weir told the driver, Deputy Stephen Harper wrote in his report. "Let's take this outside."

The bus driver called authorities. When Harper arrived and ordered Weir off the bus, Weir refused and said, "You're going to have to drag me off of this bus," the report said.

Harper again ordered Weir off the bus, but he refused.

Weir was eventually handcuffed and taken into custody.

A motive for Weir's alleged actions was not specified in the report.
