MARATHON, Fla. – A Marathon man was arrested Tuesday after he masturbated and exposed himself to a woman on the beach, according to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.
Osviel Gamez, 33, was arrested on charges of exposure of sexual organs and trespassing after warning.

Sheriff's spokeswoman Becky Herrin said Gamez, whose listed profession on the Monroe County Sheriff's Office arrest website is butcher, was standing behind the woman last Friday while he was masturbating on Coco Plum Beach. Herrin said that when the woman asked him what he was doing, he told her, "It's a nice view."
The woman left the area and called 911.
Gamez was still at the beach when Deputy Tina Speicker arrived, and the woman identified him as the man who exposed himself to her.
Speicker learned that Gamez had been issued a previous trespass warning at Coco Plum Beach. The incident was referred to the state attorney's office, and a warrant was issued for Gamez.
