Reward offered for information about fatal Fort Lauderdale shooting

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Broward Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $3,000 for information about a fatal shooting that leads to an arrest and conviction.

Fort Lauderdale police said Patrice Mardy, 27, was found lying in the roadway at 11:55 p.m. Wednesday in the 1300 block of Northeast Third Avenue.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS.
