MARATHON, Fla. – A Marathon man was arrested Wednesday after he exposed himself and masturbated in front of two 15-year-old girls, a Monroe County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman said.
Logan Webb faces two counts of lewd and lascivious conduct in front of someone under the age of 16.

Sheriff's spokeswoman Becky Herrin said the incident took place Tuesday while the girls were kayaking at the Coconut Cay Resort & Marina.
Herrin said the girls were returning to the resort when they saw Webb standing on a seawall. They told Detective Manny Cuervo that Webb pulled down his shorts and began to masturbate while watching them.
Webb was stopped by deputies the next day while he was driving his silver Toyota pickup truck on Coco Plum Drive.
As a detective spoke with Webb, sheriff's dispatchers received a call about an indecent exposure on Coco Plum Drive.
The woman who reported it told a deputy that she had been paddle boarding when she saw a man on the beach who asked her if it was hard to stand up on a paddle board. She said he then exposed himself and started to masturbate. While she paddled away, the man asked her, "Do you like to look at me?"
She said she saw the man drive away in a silver pickup truck.
Herrin said charges are pending regarding Wednesday's incident.
