DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – A Florida woman is in jail after she allegedly used her six-month-old son to beat up her boyfriend.
Tatyana Allen was arrested Monday and charged with battery and infliction of physical and mental injury to a child after she used the baby to batter her boyfriend during an argument.

Allen had traveled to Daytona Beach from Orange County to celebrate the 4th of July.
Beach officials say Allen and the man got into a fight before 4:30 p.m.
The baby was hospitalized and is in good condition.
Allen is being held without bail.
