OPA-LOCKA, Fla. – More than a dozen evidence markers lined the ground Monday in Opa-locka as police investigated a fatal shooting that took place at a bus stop.
The victim of that shooting, whose identity has not been released, was sitting at a bus stop in front of the New Birth Baptist Church at Northwest 22nd Avenue and Northwest 135th Street about 2 a.m. when the shooting took place.

The man, who is in his 20s, was airlifted to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center, where he died.
Police are searching for the shooter.
