BSO seeks 2 men believed to be responsible in fatal Pompano Beach shooting

Alex Eichmann,48, found shot inside Corvette in McDonald's parking lot

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. – Detectives with the Broward Sheriff’s Office are searching for two men they believe may be responsible for a fatal shooting in Pompano Beach.

The two men were captured on camera inside a white four-door sedan, possibly an Oldsmobile Alero, on July 11, the same day that Alex Eichmann was killed.

Deputies found Eichmann,48, of Coral Springs, suffering from a gunshot wound inside his black Corvette in a McDonald's parking lot in the 630 block of West Sample Road.

Eichmann was taken to Broward Health North, where he died.

Deputies said the white car was spotted in the area at about the time that Eichmann was shot.

Detectives previously released a photograph of a woman they are calling a person of interest in the shooting.
