Miami-Dade police seek man, 77, with memory loss

Police search for Jacques Louhidon

MIAMI – Miami-Dade police are asking for the public's help in finding a man last seen Friday who suffers from memory loss.

Jacques Louhidon, 77, walked away from his home in the 700 block of Northeast 161st Street and has not contacted any family members, police said.

Louhidon suffers from memory loss and may become confused. Police said he is missing his upper teeth and frequents fast food restaurants in the North Miami Beach and Aventura areas.

Louhidon is described by police as a black man who is 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 230 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about Louhidon is asked to call Detective S. Gowdie or any detective of the Miami-Dade Police Department, Special Victims Bureau/Missing Persons Squad at 305-418-7200 or Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS (8477).
