Miami police seek man who robbed store last month

Police say this man stole toilet paper and money during a Family Dollar armed robbery in Miami.

MIAMI – Miami police are searching for a man who robbed a Family Dollar last month at gunpoint, taking money and toilet paper.

The armed man walked into the store about 5 p.m. July 26 on Northeast 54th Street and demanded money from the store clerk, police said.

The clerk complied with the man's request to place the money in a bag.

He then grabbed a pack of toilet paper and the money and left the store, fleeing in a  dark gray 2013-2015 Ford Mustang.

The robber is described as a full-bearded man, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing about 280 pounds, with white blotches on his face. He was last seen wearing a black T-short with a gray imprint on front and green camouflage cargo pants.
