MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – After about 15 years with Wilhelmina, director Erin Lucas walked out of the prestigious model agency's Miami Beach office for good.

Lucas didn't get along with Bill Wackermann, the prominent talent management agency's new chief operating officer, according to Page Six reporter Ian Mohr.

Wackermann started at Wilhelmina in January after two decades as a publisher at Condé Nast, where he was fired from. He replaced Alex Vaickus.

Nancy Ortiz, previously of Scott Lipps' One Management, was set to replace Lucas.
