HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – A man and a woman from Hollywood were arrested Wednesday during a narcotics investigation, authorities said.
Hollywood police said detectives were told that Donnie Lyons, 35, was going to pick up about 200 capsules of heroin.

He was seen meeting with another person in Miami-Dade County and left with possible narcotics, detectives said.
Police said they obtained a search warrant and found 14 grams of crack cocaine, 124 capsules of heroin and 7 grams of cocaine in the suspect's vehicle.
The SWAT team executed a search warrant at Lyons' home on McKinley Street and found a half gram of crystal methamphetamine, 0.1 gram of heroin, 16 grams of cannabis, 7.5 grams of cocaine and 26 pills of Xanax, police said.
Lyons was arrested on charges of trafficking in heroin, trafficking in cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.
Rachel DePaul, 21, who also lives at the home, faces a charge of civil contempt.
