Relatives said Norris needs medical attention, but is reluctant to go to the hospital.

He has no car or money on him and can barely walk, they said.

Norris was staying with relatives at Century Village in Pembroke Pines, but was last seen leaving another relative's  home in Miramar more than 24 hours ago.

Norris was last seen wearing a black warm-up suit with a black skull cap. He also wears a black patch over his left eye socket, where he is missing an eye.

Relatives said his injuries are results from brain tumors that caused him to undergo 34 brain surgeries in 25 years.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call the Miramar Police Department.
