Parade to be held Dec. 3 in North Carolina

PELHAM, N.C. – A large chapter of the Klu Klux Klan says it will hold a victory parade to celebrate Donald Trump's election as president.

The North Carolina-based Loyal White Knights of the Klu Klux Klan are promoting that the "Victory Klavalkade Klan parade" will be held at an undermined site on Dec. 3.

On the group's website, the message "TRUMP + TRUMP'S RACE UNITED MY PEOPLE" is front and center in all caps.

The Los Angeles Times reports the chapter is one of the largest in the United States and among the most active, according to the Anti-Defamation League.

The Trump campaign was criticized for not immediately denouncing the support the Klu Klux Klan had offered the candidate.
