Miami ranked among 'Most Compassionate Cities' in U.S.

MIAMI – Who would have thought that Miami would be of the most popular places in the country to get a warm hug?

Or a hefty check instead.

Believe it or not, and you may want to sit down for this one, Miami was ranked in the Top 10 of Most Compassionate Cities of 2016.

We'll let that one sink in for a second.

After crunching all the numbers on total donations made per 100,000 households, YouCaring determined that Miami was among the most compassionate cities in the country.

While the honor is much appreciated, we warn against showing compassion to strangers on Miami streets without a warning first.
