MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A 15-year-old girl was shot in the leg Tuesday night in southwest Miami-Dade County, authorities said.
The shooting was reported shortly before 6 p.m. outside a home in the 11200 block of Southwest 220th Terrace.

Miami-Dade police spokeswoman Jennifer Capote said the girl was sitting outside the home when she was shot in the leg.
Capote said the teen was taken to Jackson South Community Hospital in stable condition.
No arrests have been made.
