PANAMA CITY, Fla. – A Florida mother wasn't going to let anything stop her from getting holiday shopping deals, not even her 4-month old baby.
Shannon Bunkley, 21, was arrested and charged with child neglect after she left the infant alone in a car while she shopped in Target on Thanksgiving.

WKMG reports the baby was found strapped in a car seat in the unlocked car by another driver.
When officers arrived, they found the baby and asked Target supervisors to make an announcement over the P.A. system.
No one responded.
Bunkley and her boyfriend returned to the car 40 minutes later and she was immediately arrested.
