Ex-NBA player arrested, accused of fondling women in Pembroke Pines homes

Orien Greene, 34, arrested Monday

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. – A former NBA basketball player was arrested after police said he broke into multiple Pembroke Pines homes and fondled women inside.

Orien Greene, 34, was arrested Monday after the incidents in which he broke into the first home through the garage and rubbed a woman while she was sleeping in the master bedroom.

The Pembroke Pines police report said Greene then went to another home across the street and attempted to kiss a sleeping woman.

When the second woman woke up and started yelling, Greene allegedly ran back to his girlfriend's home, which is in the same neighborhood.

Greene, who attended the University of Florida before transferring, had stints with four NBA teams in his career, while also playing overseas in locations such as Libya, Israel and New Zealand.

Greene is being held on a $30,000 bond.
