MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – The numbers are in, and for some South Florida restaurants, they aren't pretty.
Below is a list restaurants and a catering company that had the most violations in all of 2016 in Miami Dade County.

It's worth knowing that not all the places listed below were ordered shut. Inspectors with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation only shut a restaurant if there is a rodent or roach issue.
Restaurants are also ordered shut for sewage issues and lack of running water.
Local 10 News has provided a link for each restaurant that has a history of past and post inspections. All of the places mentioned are open for business.

State records show after several Dirty Dining reports on Local 10, China Buffet was sold and is now Royal Buffet. Records show inspectors have been to Royal Buffet 5 times since the new owners have taken over. Royal Buffet had 55 violations in April 2016.
