According to Sheriff Ken Mascara, Cramer pulled a woman over early Tuesday morning for a minor traffic violation and learned she had multiple warrants for her arrest.

Cramer requested sexual favors from the woman in a negotiation to not arrest her. Cramer then put the woman in his police vehicle and drove her to a vacant lot where the assault allegedly took place.

Cramer, who had been with the department for eight months and still in his probationary period, was fired.

Officials believe this may not be the first time Cramer has assaulted a woman and are asking anyone with additional information to contact the department.
