COTE D'AZUR, France – An unfaithful husband is suing Uber for allowing his wife to find out he was cheating behind her back.
WSB reports the French businessman is suing the popular app for $45 million after a glitch allowed his account and location to be revealed without a password.

The cheating husband used his wife's phone to set up an illicit rendezvous, only for her to find out and track him down.
Because the couple divorced, the man wants Uber to cover all his damages.
