Crewmembers pulled Kollar onto the boat and noticed that he wasn't breathing, so they performed CPR as they returned to shore.

Kollar was taken by ambulance to Mariners Hospital in Tavernier, where he was pronounced dead.

An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.
