KENDALL, Fla. – Miami-Dade police are searching for two men who were captured on surveillance video stealing checks from a Kendall apartment and condominium complex.
Police said checks were stolen six times consecutively from March 1 through March 6.
Surveillance video shows the men using a wire object to remove tenants' monthly rental checks from the drop box at the Residences at The Falls at 13841 SW 90th Ave.
Authorities said a total of $168,000 was stolen.
