DENVER – A Colorado teen suffered a head injury after diving into the aquarium inside a Bass Pro Shops location in Denver.

To add insult to injury, the boy may also be criminally charged for the prank.

KCNC says witnesses claim the boy jumped from a 30-foot ledge on Saturday afternoon while his friends recorded the stunt.

During the dive, the boy reportedly hit his head on rocks inside the popular fish tank found inside most Bass Pro Shops.

Diving inside the Bass Pro Shop aquariums has become a viral sensation, with videos encouraging people to jump in the water.

Management at the Denver location says no animal life was harmed in the latest dive.

The unnamed teen could face charges if the stunt caused damage to the tank.
