According to the arrest report, McBride was driving on Northwest 41st Street when a deputy saw a boy on the hood of her car.

Deputy Shaun Halleran stopped McBride at an intersection and questioned her.

McBride told Halleran that “she believed that there was nothing wrong with it and that she had told him to hold on,” the report said.

Although McBride said she was only driving a short distance, Halleran said McBride put the teen at risk of “great bodily harm and or even death.”

McBride was taken to jail without incident.
