KEY WEST, Fla. – Key West Police are warning residents and visitors of illegal bills being floated around the island.
In a tweet posted Wednesday, the Key West Police Department claimed a few items of fake currency had been passed at local businesses and merchants are not happy.

On the bills it is written "For Motion Picture Use Only" and "Bollars" rather than dollars.
Although they're illegal, they are not considered to be counterfeit as they clearly state that they are not real. However, if you try and use one of the bills as real currency, you can be arrested.
And if you are jailed for passing fake cash, we're pretty sure you can't use a $100 Bollar bill for bail.
Don't be fooled! These bills are clearly marked as fake, even tho they look real! You can be arrested for passing them! Be careful! pic.twitter.com/qhhk9HrbAQ
