POMPANO BEACH, Fla. – A 27-year-old man was arrested Tuesday night after he fatally stabbed his stepbrother at their Pompano Beach home, authorities said.
According to the Broward Sheriff's Office, Michael Canning and Jermaine Joyner, 24, got into an argument over drugs at their home, where they live with their uncle.

Deputies said Canning pulled out a knife and stabbed Joyner multiple times.
Joyner was taken to Broward Health North, where he died.
Deputies said Canning remained at the scene.
He was arrested the next day and booked into the BSO's main jail on a murder charge.
