Teen wins California Lottery twice in one week
19-year-old plans to buy a new car
Nineteen-year-old Rosa Dominguez felt a lucky streak after winning jackpots on scratch-off lottery tickets twice in one week.
Dominguez's first ticket, which she bought at a gas station in San Luis Obispo County, was worth more than $555,000. Her second ticket came just days later from a gas station in Monterey County where she won $100,000.
Dominguez recently claimed her prizes at a California Lottery Office, and says she plans to use some of the money on a new car.
