BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. – An arrest warrant has been issued for a 44-year-old man who Broward Sheriff's Office deputies said fatally shot another man Tuesday night near Fort Lauderdale.
The shooting was reported just after 8:30 p.m. in the area of 1190 NW 30th Terrace in unincorporated Broward County.

Deputies said Andre Thomas, 41, was out on his front porch after having an altercation with a friend.
Authorities said the woman called her brother, Hubert Blount, who later walked up to Thomas as he sat on his front porch and shot him multiple times.
Blount ran away after the shooting, deputies said.
Thomas was taken by Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue to Broward Health Medical Center, where he died.
