Woman's body discovered in home near Marlins Park

MIAMI – Police are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found in a home near Marlins Park Sunday morning. 

The body was found in a house in the 700 block of Northwest 17th Avenue, Miami police said. 

Police worked throughout the morning to collect evidence from the property.
