MIAMI – About five days after 16-year-old Glenda Agustin-Juarez vanished, the Miami-Dade Police Department released a photo of the 27-year-old man accused of abducting her.
Detectives identified her abductor as Elmer Helcias Tiu Carreto and his car as a silver 2002 Toyota Celica with Florida tag 708YLP.
Glenda was last seen at the 14600 block of Southwest 295th Street near the Homestead Air Reserve Base. Detectives said she weighs about 120 pounds, is 5 feet 2 inches tall and has long black hair with blond tips.
